Meet Minerva, Joe and Roland

Minerva Duran is our multifaceted Office Manager who helps keep SERVPRO of Northwest San Antonio in tip top condition every day. Last week, she helped Joe and Roland with their IICRC and WRT Training in Austin! Joe and Roland serve as Water Damage Crew Chiefs. They lead the team with the experience, expertise, and training to restore water damage in your home or business quickly and properly. They have been learned to use advanced inspection and extraction equipment to find the water and remove it as quickly as possible and this week they got to learn even more!

What is IICRC Training and Certification?

The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) certifies and sets the standards for the cleaning and restoration industries. Our Professionals study IICRC standards and best practices in water restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and other cleaning and restoration courses. Basically, our crew members are trained to use industry leading equipment, processes and do it all with the utmost respect for the people and their properties affected by any damage done.

Why SERVPRO?
